AlignSnap ("AlignSnap," "we," "us") is an Android app published by Mobilear LLC that helps service businesses (house cleaning, landscaping, junk removal, pressure washing) capture aligned before/after job photos. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it's handled.

We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your information.
When you use AlignSnap's share feature to send a before/after image to a client or another app, that image leaves AlignSnap through your device's standard share sheet. What happens to it afterward is governed by the receiving app's own privacy practices, not this policy. By design, we never burn a job's address or date into a shared/exported image.
We use the following service providers to operate AlignSnap. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes:
We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties, and we never sell it.
Photos and job data stay on your device until you delete them. If you're signed in, backed-up copies remain on our servers until you delete the job/photo, delete your account, or request deletion (see "Your choices" below).
AlignSnap is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and transport for backed-up data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of AlignSnap after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
