Delete Your AlignSnap Account

AlignSnap is an Android app published by Mobilear LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your AlignSnap account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to tristan@mobilearstudios.com from the email address you used to sign in to AlignSnap.
- Use the subject line "Delete my AlignSnap account".
- We'll confirm your identity against that email address and process the deletion within 30 days, and reply once it's complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email address) with our authentication provider, Supabase.
- Your compressed backed-up photo copies stored on our servers (Cloudflare R2).
- Your business profile info (name/logo), if you added one and were signed in.
- Your job history metadata associated with your account on our servers.
What's kept
- Nothing on our servers — once deletion is complete, no account or backup data remains with us.
- On your device, photos and job data you created are untouched — account deletion only removes your server-side backup, not what's stored locally on your phone.
- Purchase/subscription records are managed by Google Play Billing under Google's own retention policy; we don't control or store your payment details.
